Description
When downloading messages off an MS Exchange server, an IMAP FLAGS response (i.e. "FLAGS (\Seen \Recent)") is seen at the bottom of the message. If the message is ASCII-encoded, it still displays just fine (except for the IMAP response at the end). However, if the message is Base64-encoded, it will fail to decode.
This happens on both MS Exchange 2003 and 2007, however it is far more common on 2007. (on 2003, its only seen on "Recent" messages, and base64/utf-8 encoded text/plain sections are not commonly seen)
