sirs i am not able to send emails from my blackberry please advise. also i just spoke to our automation leadership in florida and they are interested in using your logicmail app to access our army ako email. however they need to have some type of contact numbers to ask questions. please advise.

Tickets are not for these sorts of messages. There is a big red banner on the "New Ticket" screen saying this. Please use E-Mail, Mailing lists, Forums, etc.

Also, if you type "AKO" in the search box on the site, you'll see that others have asked about AKO before, and I've attempted to provide some settings.
