Implement home screen banner icon for new message notification

Description

Note: This is only possible for OS 4.6+

An icon should be placed on the home screen banner when new messages are available in the inbox. However, the following issues need to be taken into account when implementing this:

  • Multiple accounts
    • Could do an aggregate icon, or one icon per-account
    • If using multiple icons, then there should be a way to differentiate between them
  • This feature should be configurable and optional

Current thought is to implement a single icon, configured as follows:

  • Global-settings:
    • Show home screen icon [yes/no, default: yes]
  • Account-settings:
    • Include in home screen message count [No/Inbox-only/Refresh-folders/All-folders, default: Inbox-only]

Actual text to be made a little more user-friendly, of course.
