Status refresh fails with unselectable folders

Description

When refreshing folder status (unread message counts) on a tree with unselectable folders (i.e. "[Gmail]" on a Gmail account), the mail server may report an error. This feature should only attempt to retrieve status on selectable folders to prevent this.
