Duplicate folders shown when server returns the requested folder in a LIST response

Description

It has been observed on one mail server that the first line of a LIST response will be the exact same folder path sent in the LIST request. This confuses LogicMail's IMAP folder tree retrieval logic, and results in a lot of duplicates due to excess recursion.
